We talk about opportunites, and what it means to leave a footprint….
This could not be a better example.
in June this year, I will be going to Haiti with some other instructors from Bob Jone Martial Arts, representing the 4 North Project, to work with some young people over there, that hav it way harder than our children can ever imagine, to show them that we can empower ourselves, and respect others, using us and our lives as an example.
This is what we will be calling The 4 North Project 2019 Haiti Empowerment and Personal Protection Program.
But…… I can’t do it alone, and I will need your help.
We have to self fund our trip, and to go to these places is not cheap.
I will be organising a few fundrasing events, and will also be calling on some Martial Arts peers and some old mates to give me a hand.
I have set up a Go Fund Me page to start the process and get it all happening.
We will also be selling bracelets made by the Haiti people to also raise moeny to put kids through school, who otherwise would have to go without.
Please share this, and please…….. Take a moment to think what impact this trip, and the suporting of the braceltes could do for children, who everyday endure hardship that we have difficulty comprehending.
